Delivery

No, you do not need to have an account to order from our website.

Our payment processing is powered by Stripe and PayPal and we accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. We also support Apple Pay and Good Pay.

Currently we are exempt from charging sales tax in the US and Canada. This however may change in the future and we might be required to charge salex in some US states and/or Canada. We will update this section if/when it changes.

Currently we do not charge VAT on your order(s) at the time of the purchase on the website. 
However, if your order is fullfied in one of our facilities outside of the EU it will have to be cleared by the customs of your host country (EU country on the delivery address) and you will be charged and have to pay the VAT before delivery. This is due to the new import to the EU legislation which came into action on the 1 July 2021. Please refer to the official EU website for more information by clicking here.

No, our prices for the UK based customers (where the delivery address is in the UK) do not include the UK VAT but it will be calculated at the checkout. Currently the UK VAT rate is 20% which will be added to your order at the checkout. We are required by law to charge all orders with the UK delivery address the UK VAT Tax as we are UK regirested business entity.

After placing the order, we will send you a confirmation email with the order details and the order number. You can always view the current status of your order using the My Order Status page.
Once we complete and ship your order, we will send you the confirmation email with the shipping details and a tracking number that allows you to track the package throughout its journey to your doorstep.

There may be various reasons why the payment has failed. If your payment is declined, you must first contact your credit / debit card issuer to clarify the issue.
However, if you have any further questions regarding your payment, please contact our customer service at support@citizenrebel.com describing the issue you are facing. Please do not forger to mention your order ID!

If you received the wrong item or something is missing or there is any other kind of issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service at support@citizenrebel.com. Please provide as much details as possible and specify your Order ID.

Our size guides are provided on all product pages (above the price).Please check the product page of the product your are intersted in to see its size guide.

All of our products are made to order (made individually just for you after you place an order online). Please allow 2 – 8 for production. Your order will be shipped after manufacturing is complete. Please note that shipping times may warry depending on your destination.

Once we complete production and ship your order, we will send you the confirmation email with the shipping details and a tracking number that allows you to track the package throughout its journey to your doorstep.

All products are made to order (made individually just for you after ordering online), please allow 2 – 8 days for production before we can ship your order.

Shipping / delivery times will depend on the destination and the postal / delivery service provider. We use various delivery partners such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD to Latvijas Pasts, depending on the delivery address.

Orders with a delivery address in the US, Canada and the European Union (excluding the UK) will generally take 3 – 8 business days to be delivered.
All other orders worldwide (including the UK) may take 10 – 25 business days to arrive at your address.

The Delivery partner will be automatically selected based on your geographic location and cannot be changed.

Please note that shipping times are completely outside of our control.

Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic around the world, all domestic and international shipments might be disrupted and be subject to additional delays.

For all orders with a delivery address in the US, Canada and the European Union we offer FREE shipping.
For all other orders worldwide, (including the United Kingdom) the shipping costs are as follows:

T-shirts: 6 – 10 USD
Sweatshirts: 10 – 15 USD

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the production of your order has begun. Please note that we will not be able to resend your order if you were unable to collect it.

All of our products are made to order, which means they are made just for you. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to change your order after you have placed it. This includes changing the size and color, design, removing an item etc or changing the delivery address.
