Accidents do happen and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@citizenrebel.com with a description of the defect as well as a picture of the defect and we will fix it and re-ship the item at our expense (free of charge).

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.

Please do not send your purchase/item back to us before speaking to us first via the provided support contact above.

1 – RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will re-print and re-ship your order at our expense (free of charge for you) if one of the following situations has occurred:

– The placement of the print is obviously different from the purchased product.

– If we accidentally printed the wrong image.

– If we accidentally sent the wrong item.

– If we accidentally send you a product in the wrong size or color.

– If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process. For example, gaps in the ink, etc.

– The garment/item arrived physically damaged. For example, has manufacturing holes it, incorrectly sewn or made, damaged during delivery.

2 – RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF NON-DAMAGED OR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All our products are made to order (made and print on demand), so unfortunately, we can only make exchanges for products that were misprinted, damaged or defective (as outlined above). Therefore, please refer to the sizing charts and choose the correct size when purchasing.

However, if you are truly unhappy with your order, please contact us at support@citizenrebel.com and we will try to find the solution together.

3 – INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure you verify the shipping/delivery address before placing the order, once order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address.
If there is an error in the address and the order will be shipped back to us (depending on the shipping provider) we are happy to ship it out again for the cost of delivery.

4 – REFUNDS

We will issue you store credits for the full price of the item (excluding shipping) which you can use for another purchase on the website. However, if store credit is not acceptable solution for you, we can only issue refunds for Damaged or Defective items as outlined above.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuing bank and country).

5 – SALE ITEMS

Sales items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

6 – SHIPPING

If you will be required to return your product to our warehouse:

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
